Repairs

GONTER offers a repair service available for our bags. If you need it, please contact us via/by contact@gonter.es including model photos and details.

Defects in delivery

If upon receiving any of our products you notice any defect, please contact us via mail: contact@gonter.es, including detailed photos of the problems so we can provide you with the solution that best suits your case.

Exchanges and returns

As for exchanges, GONTER does not offer an online exchange service, only returns. To return an order, go to My Account and access the Orders section. Return requests can be made within 15 days of receiving the order. Select the order you wish to return. Next to each product you will find the Request Refund button. Click on the product you want to return and, in the window that opens, indicate the quantity you wish to return and the reason for the return. If necessary, you may attach a photograph. By clicking the Submit button, we will receive your request and contact you to arrange the return.

Refunds

For your return to be accepted, the bag must be in perfect condition. It must be sent back with all the contents exactly as received (packaging, shipping cardboard box, etc.), including the product tag. Otherwise, the refund will not be processed.

The cost of the bag will be refunded, but shipping costs will be at your expense.

If you wish to purchase another color or a different design, GONTER invites you to place a new order.

Invoices and how to request them

From the web, we give you the direct option to download your invoices from your account. The steps are the next ones:

– Log in to your account at the “Account” button by entering the email address -with which you placed your order- and your password.

– Go to the “Orders” section and access the order history.

– Click on “View details” of the corresponding order.

– To finish, press “Download invoice” to get your copy.

The invoice is also sent with the order in physical form and you will find it in the confirmation email.

It is automatically generated once the order has been placed so changes and modifications are not accepted.
